I decided to use a buyers agent after spending a couple of weekends flying up from Melbourne to look at properties and... quickly realising there are a lot of potential pitfalls in the Brisbane markets for the unwary (flood zones, aspect, overlays etc) and I was not too sure which was the best suburb for me to buy in. I appointed PS Property Advisory and Sue Aspinall in particular to assist in a purchase of a Queenslander to assist in my move from Melbourne to Brisbane after a recommendation from my accountant. I met with other buyers agents also, however, in the end I felt comfortable with the professionalism of Sue, the depth of experience of PS Property Advisory and the extra reassurance of being members of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia. The process was focussed, professional and efficient. After completing their questionnaire, meetings, telephone conversations and emails, Sue steered me towards which parts os Brisbane best met my criteria. I flew up and she drove me around to get a better feel for the recommended areas. Along the way, I received several shortlists so I could look at the properties remotely and provide feedback. In the end the perfect property came on the market, I was away with work at the time and Sue was able to look at the property for me, conduct a FaceTime walk through with me, provide extra pictures, detailed report, organise pest and building reports, research the area and market, make bids on my behalf and in the end secured the property which had multiple offers within days of being not he market. Without Sue I would not be writing this review after being in new house one week later. I cannot recommend Sue and PS Property Advisory enough, the results speak for themselves.read more
