We were moving back to Brisbane from interstate and a friend recommended Scott from PS Property Advisory. Scott and his team did an amazing job finding us a fantastic house that ticked all our boxes for a price we were very happy with. They looked after us right up to the day of purchase. Scott really knows what to look for in a house and whether there are going to be problems with it down the track. PS Property was with us all the way throughout our search, doing the inspections for us and walking us through them on video, then advising us on the pro's and con's of each property and representing us at auction. They did an amazing job and saved us a lot of time, money and stress!

Carolyn and her team provided excellent service and advice on the sale of our home in Raby Bay. The property was in need of some updating to be attractive to potential buyers. We live overseas and due to covid we were unable to return to Brisbane to do the updates ourselves. This turned out to be perfect for us because Carolyn did an incredible job with the property and sale. After spending over 6 months trying to find a property, at a time when there was an oversupply of buyers and undersupply of property, I was ready to give up. I had become accustomed to properties being listed and then being sold prior to the first viewing advertised and it all seemed an impossible task. That was, until I enlisted PS Property. Within the first week Nick showed me 3 off-market properties, each of which ticked a lot of my boxes. He managed to narrow my search, focusing on properties with future capital growth, in desirable locations. Within a month I had found my perfect new home. Nick made the whole process stress-free. He negotiated on price, dealt with solicitors, conveyancers, finance brokers, and I really felt like, while this was all going on in the background, I could look forward to the move-in date. I cannot recommend Nick and the team at PS Property highly enough and will definitely be using them again for any future purchases.

PS Property Advisory worked as both seller and buyers agents for us. Caroline advised us on how to prepare our Brisbane home for sale, and sale strategies including recommending an exceptional agent. Her team of support professionals including painters, stylists, plumbers and removalists were outstanding and made the sale preparation much easier. We sold our home within 8 days of going on the market. An exceptional result. Our buyers agent Nick helped us secure a wonderful home at the Sunshine Coast. He was very thorough and professional and made a huge effort to source properties off market. Nick was our man on the ground, providing us with videos and photos of many properties which matched our brief and detailed information and site inspections for homes which interested us. He managed the bidding process on our new home, securing it at an excellent price. Nick and Caroline are experts in their field and totally understand the current property market. Sometimes hard decisions are made easy when you met someone like Carolyn Campbell. Sue Aspinall made the entire process of buying my new home seamless and painless. She did everything. From finding the exact home I wanted, BEFORE it hit the market, to organising the building and pest inspections, to liaising with lawyers re: sorting insurance so that contractors could enter the premises and perform alterations that I desired (alteration of a fence) prior to settlement. We recently sold a property and bought a separate property with the help of Scott McGeever and his team.Scott performed a detailed assessment of a property we were interested in purchasing, which reassured us that we were making a sound investment. He had previously advised against another property (based on location), for which we are now very grateful. Belinda Shield bid for us on what was a sought after property. We feel that we may not have been successful without her understanding of the auction process. She also helped greatly for advice during the settlement process even assisting in preparing the house to move in.Carolyn Campbell helped us to prepare a separate property for sale, making an assessment of ways to improve the marketability, the best method of sale and then coordinating the suggested improvements.Carolyn sought quotes for removalists and storage during the move. She also provided very timely and helpful ongoing advice during the settlement process. The improvements and advertising resulted in many interested parties and ten reasonable offers, achieving a sale price $30-40K more than our initial expectations.The entire team is exceptionally professional and helpful. With other life and work commitments it would have been impossible for us to achieve the same outcomes in such a short time frame without PS Property Advisory. We used Sue Aspinall to help us purchase an investment property in 2019. We are extremely time poor due to our careers and had been looking for a few years but kept loosing momentum due to travel commitments and busyness. I would highly recommend Carolyn Campbell from PS Property Advisory. Carolyn helped my Dad work out what needed to be done to sell and move out of his home after 30 years. Her advice, constant support, monitoring of progress and eventual help in finding the perfect agent for him was invaluable. Carolyn is calm, professional and has a great attention to detail, not to mention the wealth of property knowledge. Although the whole clean up and property prep took over 6 months, Carolyn was always in contact keeping my Dad motivated and informed. I had to sell the family home in Brisbane quickly after my elderly parents moved to a nursing home at very short notice. I'm an only child and live in another town, so it was very daunting. Someone recommended Carolyn Campbell to me from PS Property Advisory, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She met me at the house and was very compassionate. She got back to me within a few days with an assessment of the property and a strategy for getting the best price. We followed her recommendations and she organised all the tradies and stylist, and had them in and out in record time. She also did all the liaising with the real estate agent, Marion Sheerman from Ray White New Farm, who was also excellent. The house looked amazing. Within five days of the house going on the market, we had ten offers, all above the original estimates. The final price was much more than we were expecting, and paid for the renovations three times over. Carolyn was always happy to answer my questions and follow things up, even when she'd already started her Christmas holidays.My parents and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you have a house to sell in Brisbane, I would highly recommend Carolyn and her team. I don;t know what I would have done without her.

Belinda was an absolute godsend! If it wasn’t for her I am sure I would still be searching hopelessly for my house. Being from the UK I was unused to the system here and was in quite a bit of despair when I found Belinda. She took time to find out what I wanted and want I needed. She had so much patience with me when I just seem to discount home after home, week after week. She was always available to chat and kept me constantly up to date with new properties, both on and off the market. I decided to use a buyers agent after spending a couple of weekends flying up from Melbourne to look at properties and quickly realising there are a lot of potential pitfalls in the Brisbane markets for the unwary (flood zones, aspect, overlays etc) and I was not too sure which was the best suburb for me to buy in.I appointed PS Property Advisory and Sue Aspinall in particular to assist in a purchase of a Queenslander to assist in my move from Melbourne to Brisbane after a recommendation from my accountant. I met with other buyers agents also, however, in the end I felt comfortable with the professionalism of Sue, the depth of experience of PS Property Advisory and the extra reassurance of being members of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia.The process was focussed, professional and efficient. After completing their questionnaire, meetings, telephone conversations and emails, Sue steered me towards which parts os Brisbane best met my criteria. I flew up and she drove me around to get a better feel for the recommended areas. Along the way, I received several shortlists so I could look at the properties remotely and provide feedback.In the end the perfect property came on the market, I was away with work at the time and Sue was able to look at the property for me, conduct a FaceTime walk through with me, provide extra pictures, detailed report, organise pest and building reports, research the area and market, make bids on my behalf and in the end secured the property which had multiple offers within days of being not he market. Without Sue I would not be writing this review after being in new house one week later.I cannot recommend Sue and PS Property Advisory enough, the results speak for themselves.
